1. Complimentary Discovery Session — A 30-minute virtual meeting to assess whether we are a fit. I'll get a sense of what you are looking for. And you'll get a sense of how I work. That way, we can tell if we are likely to work well together.

2. Individual Coaching Sessions — One-on-one 45-minute coaching sessions tailored to your vision and goals. Having a vision gives you motivation and inspiration. Having goals helps you take the steps you need to live your vision. Without telling you what to do, I will partner with you and provide accountability and support so you can stay on track.
Cost: $125 per session
3. Coaching Packages — Packages of 3, 6 and 9 coaching sessions. You can use a package of sessions to focus on a specific issue. Or you can use the time to explore a variety of concerns. Packages make coaching more affordable if you want more than one or two coaching sessions. The larger the package, the greater the savings.
Cost: 3-pack $360; 6-pack $690; 9-pack $990
4. Nutritional Assessment & Consulting — Nutrition plays a big role in how much energy you have and how well you feel. Eating a nutrient-dense diet is a cornerstone of healthy living, yet many people struggle with this. As a certified nutritional consultant, I will NOT put you on a diet because in the long run, restrictive eating of any kind is not sustainable. Instead, you will use a handy tracker to track your food for 3 days. Based on that information, I'll give you an assessment of your nutrient intake, as well as easy-to-follow recommendations to improve your nutrition and to help you to feel levels of health and vitality that will enrich your life. You can also opt for a follow-up meeting to discuss your nutritional issues in more depth. And you'll receive recipes geared toward your individual nutritional needs.
Cost: $200 assessment; $275 assessment with follow-up meeting, including recipes
